To view the the Taeguk poomsaes performed by Master Yoo, click on "Poomsae Video's" in the header which will then show a pull down menu of all the poomsaes, select the color belt poomsae you are working on.
These videos are to assist the student in practicing steps already learned in class. Students should not use these videos to try to learn ahead of where we are in class. Poomsaes cannot be learned properly from watching a video. We teach the poomsae steps in small increments in order for the student to gain proficiency and accuracy with each movement before moving on to the next steps.
