Master Yoo
A Seventh-Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo trained in South Korea, the homeland of Taekwondo. Beginning his training at the age of 6 and continuing his training by attending the prestigious Martial Arts University of Yong-In majoring in Sport Science in Taekwondo. He is a certified instructor, coach and international referee.
Master Yoo has more than 34 years of training experience and more than 22 years of teaching experience. Master Yoo has coached at Jr Olympics and Senior Nationals.
Master Yoo teaches traditional WTF Taekwondo with traditional values and customs. With his focus for teaching beginning with discipline and respect, the core tenants of Taekwondo. If you want to experience true Taekwondo training with a true Master of the Art we invite you to attend our classes.

Mrs. Yoo
A 2nd degree Black Belt with 12 years of Taekwondo experience. Mrs. Yoo assists in teaching as well as managing the office. Mrs. Yoo was Secretary General of Washington State USTU 2003; Co-President of WA TKD Boosters, 2001-2002; Co-Manager of the NCTA Championship in 2003.
Mr. Erickson (Instructor)
Mr. Erickson is a 2nd degree black belt and has been training with Master Yoo for almost five years. He is a member of our demonstration team and also helps Master Yoo judge color belt tests. He is a dedicated husband, father and soccer coach. He attended Boise State on a full scholarship as the Field Goal Kicker for their football team. He is an excellent Taekwondo Instructor combining his athleticism and personable manner.
Miss Melissa (Jr. Instructor)
Melissa has been training in Taekwondo for 14 years since the age of 8 years old. She is a 2nd degree black belt. She is the daughter of Master and Mrs. Yoo. She has competed in Jr. Olympics 1999, 2000 and 2001 (placing 3rd); in Seoul, Korea in 2002 and at the U.S. Open in Atlanta 2005. She is also a full time pre-med student at the University of Washington with a GPA of 3.85.
Keane Correa (Jr. Instructor)
Keane is a 1st degree black belt and has been training with Master Yoo about 4 years. He is the team leader of our demonstration team. He is a member of his ROTC in high school and on honor roll. He performs excellent taekwondo techniques and easily conveys these to the students. Keane enjoys competing at local competitions and won best all around Black Belt Grand Champion in poomsae at Master Shon's Competition in 2011.
Maili Do (Jr. Instructor)
Maili is a 1st degree black belt and has been training with Master Yoo just over 3 years. Maili enjoys passing along her love of taekwondo to students. She is also a member of our demonstration team.
